Whitby Art Fair

Join me at Whitby Art Fair on Saturday 29th June & Sunday 30th June 2024, where there will be a selection of my work for sale, including original artwork and wearable artwear.

Focusing on traditional feltmaking techniques, my work combines art with a love for making wearable useable items, working with fibre I find transforming a sheep’s fleece into fabric endlessly fascinating.

Defined by strong colour combinations and colour blends using hand dyed wool, silks and hand spun yarns adding fine detail my work is characteristic of artisan felted work. I continually explore way to create visually appealing pieces whilst taking pleasure from promoting this natural and versatile material.

Visit the seaside town of Whitby, known for its picturesque harbour surrounded by pretty houses and overlooked by the historic Whitby Abbey. You’ll find lots of things to do and see plus great restaurants and places to stay too.

Whitby Art Fair is held at Whitby Pavilion, West Cliff, featuring over 40 Exhibitors including; Painting, Ceramics, Glass, Textiles, Mosaics, Metalwork, Paper Cuts, Mixed Media, Lino Cuts, Jewellery. A fabulous weekend of art and crafts, meet and chat with the Artists about their work.
