High quality Printed Art Greetings Card GC4. Greetings cards featuring some of my favourite work, printed in full colour on 300gsm smooth matt card with a white envelope and left blank inside for your own message.
Based on my original fibre artwork, The Croft is one of my favourite landscape art pieces.
My original artwork is made with handcrafted felt created using a wet felting technique using merino wool fibres, silks and yarns for added texture, finished with detailed needle felting, free motion machine embroidery and hand stitching. This traditional method of felting uses soap, warm water and agitation to tangle fibres together to create felt which is an artistic base for embellishing.
Artwork created from wool fibres is made in a similar way to that of a painter and involves colour blending and laying out fibres similar to how a painter uses brush strokes, the result has a warmth with extraordinary textures. Many of the materials used are hand dyed and yarns hand spun making each piece truly unique.
All cards come sealed in Nativia Bio-degradable acetate sleeves which are compostable, biodegradable and recyclable.
