Stash Box SB2 is a unique mixed bundle of felt making goodies, including wool fibres, silks, silk throwsters, wool threads and wool nepps in a one of a kind grouping. Wonderful colours, I make these packs up with feltmakers in mind but can be used for many other mixed media and textile projects and are perfect for any textile work.

Comprises: Hand Dyed Merino Tops x3 65g / Merino Wool Tops x4 125g / Mixed Silk Pack 50g (Mulberry Silk Tops / Hand Dyed Mulberry Silk Brick / Hand Dyed Mulberry Silk Hankies / Hand Dyed Tussah Silk / Silk Throwsters) / Wool Nepps (6x colours) 25g  / Wool Threads 10x 2.5m lengths each.

Perfect colour selection for including in wool art work.

All items will wet felt perfectly and provide an opportunity to have a colourful selection of different fibres in your work without having to purchase large quantity wool packs. Having the reassurance that the fibres will felt they are a perfect start for beginner felt makers. The hand dyed merino tops are a great way to add a top layer to your work, the silks and nepps are great for adding texture, shine and embellishing. The silk pack comprises of Hand Dyed Mulberry Silk Brick, Mulberry Silk Tops, Hand Dyed Tussah Silk, Hand Dyed Silk Hankies and Silk Throwsters.

If you fancy having a go at wet felting, join one of our Workshops. All materials, equipment and tuition are provided to support and guide you through the process of wet felting using traditional hand rolling techniques. You will be guided through choosing colours and textures and then the wet felting process. We also look at how to further enhance your work with embellishments such as beads, silks, yarns and embroidery to add further surface texture and detail. You will take away the work you produce on the day plus PDF notes for reference later.
